Collapsed, it’s a slim dark strip with the open-decision count. Its icons open small popovers: switch the theme costume, drag the version lens. Expanded, it’s a resizable panel with its own navigation — the decision log and the builder roadmap with Gate 3 blockers — that stays put while you navigate the site above it.
That independence is the point: reviewing a decision usually means walking the site to understand its context. The workbench panel holds the decision; the product holds your attention.
