Northstar is a methodology and toolkit for starting new products by dreaming at full fidelity in the cheapest medium: a marketing site and docs site with live HTML/CSS screens, built conversationally, with every decision recorded and every claim traceable to code.
How these docs work
Section titled “How these docs work”- Methodology — the core loop, the three gates, and reconciliation.

Docs discipline
Section titled “Docs discipline”Marketing pages show happy paths. Doc pages enumerate every screen and every state — empty, error, permissions, edge cases. A feature without its states documented is not specced; it’s decorated. This discipline is what prevents the beautiful-facade failure mode.
