Annotations

Click any element on your own dreamed product and leave a comment. Claude works the queue; threads resolve like Figma comments — on the real site.

Hover highlights, click pins, drag-box selects a region. Each comment is captured with the full lens you were looking through — source location, selector, page, active version, theme, and checkpoint — and anchored by selector + source location, never pixel coordinates, because dreaming pages reflow constantly.

Stage 1 is a file as message bus: comments append to .feedback/comments.jsonl, and “address my comments” in Claude Code works the queue. Replies and resolutions flow back to pins on the page via HMR.

Stage 2 upgrades the same loop to an MCP server inside the dev process, so a session starts with “you left four comments last night; one contradicts a resolved decision — want to talk about it?”

Comments flow through the same discipline as chat: design tweaks get deflected and filed; real decisions become DEC records anchored to the element. Another mouth for the same brain, not a side channel.
